    List of Ingredients




    2 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 1/2 cups chopped cashews
    Cream butter, eggs and sugar together add sour cream and dry ingredience. Stir in cashews. Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased (I use pam) cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes at 350° Cool and frost.

    Frosting 2 cups powdered sugar
    4 Tbls butter
    2 Tbls cream (canned milk or 1/2 and 1/2 works fine.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Beat together and spread on cooled cookies....
