    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1/3 cup shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbl. water

    Recipe



    In large bowl combine the powdered sugar, sugar, shortening, egg, vanilla, and salt. Mix in the flour and baking powder. Mix well. Add about a Tbl. water and mix. Roll the dough into little balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Flatten with bottom of a glass. Bake 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until they reach the desired golden brown color
