    Posted by: bakerfreek************made it yesterday and this is the moistest loaf I have ever had, this just melts in your mouth.

    List of Ingredients




    1 box cake mix (Lemon)
    1 lemon jello or lemon pudding (Instant)
    3/4c water
    1/2c oil
    powdered sugar enough to make a drizzled frosting & lemon juice
    4 eggs

    Recipe



    Beat cake mix and jello or pudding,water and eggs and oil.
    Mix well,Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350 for 30 minutes(or until done)
    Mix your powdered and lemon juice to make a frosting you can drizzle on top of loafs.
    Take out of the oven and right away poke holes into loafs with a fork and drizzle lemon glaze over the loafs.
    This is so very good.
