    Recipe Introduction

    List of Ingredients

2 cups mashed very ripe bananas
    3 eggs
    1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 cups butter brickle chips (OR Heath Bar bits)
1 can Cream Cheese cake icing

    Recipe

Place bananas in mixing bowl and beat a few seconds on low speed to cream them. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add cake mix all at once and beat on low speed just until moistened. Then beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Fold in brickle chips. Pour into a greased and floured or sprayed tube pan, or you can use a Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, or until it tests done by pressing lightly on top. If it springs back it is done. Test first after 45 minutes because you don't want to overbake it. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Turn out onto a cake plate and cool completely. Place the cake icing in the microwave oven for 15 to 20 seconds to melt it somewhat. You don't want it to liquify completely, just be soft enough to run slowly as it is poured over the cake. Stir well. Drizzle it with a spoon to completely cover the top, sides, and center of the cake. It will firm up again as it cools.
