    Pumpkin Patch Pound Cake

    List of Ingredients

    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    2 egg

    Recipe

    In a medium bowl, combine flour, butter and sugar; mix until light and fluffy.
    Add pumpkin and almond extract, mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beat well. Pour batter in a greased 9x5 inch loaf.
    Tap on counter to remove air bubbles.
    Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 60 to 65 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
