    List of Ingredients




    Ice Cream Layer
    1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (SQUARE size)
    1 1/2 cups salted peanuts (OPTIONAL)

    Topping
    2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2/3 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Cookie Crust: Crush 1 pkg of Oreo cookies and mix in melted butter. Reserve a few for top
    Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
    FREEZE.
    Ice Cream Layer: Cut square sized vanilla ice cream into equal strips.
    Layer ice cream on top of cookie crust.
    Press salted peanuts into ice cream (optional).
    FREEZE.
    Topping: For approx.
    8 minutes-- gently boil semi-sweet chocolate chips, powdered sugar, butter and evaporated milk together.
    After boiling, stir in 1 tsp vanilla.
    Let the chocolate cool and pour over ice cream layer.
    FREEZE.

    Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving to make cutting easier. Also helps to dip the cutting knife into hot water before cutting and wiping dry after each cut is made


    Heat:
    1 (16-ounce) jar Hot Fudge Topping until smooth and liquified (pourable), and pour over the above
    layer
    Sprinkle with: 1 cup Spanish Peanuts
    Dollop: Cool Whip and sprinkle with reserved crumbs from above. (I always have an 8-oince conainer on hand for this)

    Serve and throughly enjoy
