    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups apple sauce
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon almond extract
    3 cups flour
    2 cups splenda
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 can cherry pie filling -- (20 ounces)
    1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

    Recipe



    1. Beat together apple sauce, eggs and vanilla.
    2. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture.
    3. Stir in cherry pie filling and nuts by hand.
    4. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    5. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
