    Crispy Tuna Balls with Spicy Cheddar Dip

    List of Ingredients




    1 6 oz can tuna packed in water and drained and flaked
    1/2 C plain dry bread crumbs
    3 T mayonnaise
    2 T minced onion
    2 T minced parsley or cilantro
    1 egg, beaten
    2 t dry mustard
    1/4 t Tabasco
    3 T butter, melted
    3/4 C corn flakes crushed

    In mixing bowl, combine tuna, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, parsley or cilantro, egg, mustard, and Tabosco. Stir to combine. Shape into balls, about 2 t each. One at a time use on hand to dip balls in butter and the other hand to roll balls in corn flakes to coat. Place 1" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or until hot and crispy. Servie w/Spicy cheddar Dip.

    Spicy Cheddar Dip
    1 can Cheddar or pepper Jack cheese soup
    1/4 Salsa, mild or hot

    In bowl, combine soup and salsa. For warm dip, use a microwaveable bowl and heat in microwave until warm, about 30 seconds. Serves 6 (3 tuna balls per serving)
