    1 container sour cream
    1 big brick cream cheese
    1 small can diced green chilies... not drained

    Recipe



    Mix together --- if the cream cheese is really soft you can mix with a spoon... If not... use a mixer.

    Use as a tater topping, or enchilada topping... chili.... litterally anything...

    I normally serve this with Ritz Cracker or wheat thins.... It's so easy and really yummy.

    And... it's not hot... not hot at all the milk based products take all the heat totally away leaving that great chili flavor.
