    List of Ingredients




    2-cans of refried beans ( I use 1 black bean 1 regular)
    1 pint of salsa ( i use my own)
    2- cups of shredded cheese ( I use the Taco blend type)
    1-pound of hamberger browned and drained ( I use elk or venison cuz we have it around)
    chopped black olives to taste
    chopped jalapenos to taste

    Recipe



    blend all together and place in crock pot to heat through serve with tortilla chips
