    List of Ingredients




    2lbs. Velveeta, cubed
    2-3 cans Rotel tomatoes, drain 1/2 of the juice
    1/2 of a small sweet onion, minced
    2-3 T. butter
    1 can cream soup

    Recipe



    Saute onion in butter until they are soft. Pour everything into a crock pot and cook on low, stirring occasionally.

    *We prefer cream of chicken soup in this.

    I think this would be fabulous w/ the new Pepperjack Velveeta!
