    1 lb.pork sausage(such as Jimmy Dean)
    1(8 ozs.)cream cheese,softened
    1 jar salsa

    1 lb.pork sausage(such as Jimmy Dean)
    1(8 ozs.)cream cheese,softened
    1 jar salsa
    Brown sausage and drain really well.I even gave mine a rince so the dip wouldn't be greasy.Combine with cream cheese and stir until the cheese is melted.Add the salsa.Keep warm in a small crockpot.Serve with tortilla chips.

    I took the sausage meat out of the casing and fried it,drained and also patted the meat with paper towels,it wasn't one bit greasy.
