    Whip 1 cup heavy cream until stiff. combine 1/2 cup Strawberry preserves and 2 tablelspoons frozen orange juice concentrate ( thawed);
    Fold into cream. Chill until serving time. Serve over ice cream, gelatin desserts, pound cake and other dese rts.

    was looking for some kind jof topping for a plain white cake i made and ran across this


    I'm thinking about trying this with stabalized whipped cream for a filling and/or icing on a cake.
