    List of Ingredients




    36 wonton wrappers
    3 cups of your favorite egg salad
    1/3 cup chopped green onions
    1/3 cup of chopped carrot( used my mini processor)
    Chopped parsley

    Recipe



    Oven set at 350. Coat (1 )side of each wonton wrapper with cooking spray. Place each wrapper into a muffin tin( miniature)
    Bake the wontons for about 10-12 minutes. Remove and place on wire racks to cool. Combine all egg salad ingredients and mix well. Spoon (1) Tbs of the salad into each baked wonton cup, garnish with the parsley.

    Egg Salad

    Boil until thick
    1 Tb. butter
    1 Tb. flour
    2 Tb. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tb. vinegar
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. 1/2 & 1/2 or cream

    Then add:
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tb. chopped onion
    8 - 10 grated hard boiled eggs
