    WE NOW LIKE MUSTARD EGGS BETTER THEN RED BEET EGGS. they taste like deviled eggs.

    Mustard Eggs


    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    10 eggs, hard-boiled
    3 tablespoons prepared mustard
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1 cup water
    pinch salt

    Mix all ingredients except eggs and heat. (I use microwave, do not boil) . Add eggs and let sit in refrigerator a day or so to develop flavor. If eggs are small you can use 12 eggs.

    I have found: 6 T mustard, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup vinegar, 1 cup water, works well to use more eggs, like 2 dozen.
