    Red Beet Eggs


    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    12 eggs, hard-boiled
    1 1/2 cups red beet juice (32 oz of beets)
    1 1/2 cups vinegar
    3/4 cup sugar
    pinch cinnamon

    Mix all ingredients except eggs. Heat juice before adding eggs and they will flavor and color nicer
