    Beat 1 egg with a whisk
    Add 1 cup beer
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 scant cup flour

    Recipe



    Batter is quite runny. It is the right consistency when the batter clings to the spoon.

    Dip pieces in batter and fry in a little oil..
