    This icing works really well

    3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
    2 Tablespoons corn starch
    1 teaspoon margarine
    1 teaspoon vanilla OR almond flavoring

    hot water to make a glaze...I just add a tsp at a time until it is the right consistancy that you want...
