    1 qt softened ice cream, any flavor
    1-1/2 cups TEDDY GRAHAMS Graham Snacks, any flavor, divided
    1 qt softened sherbet, any flavor
    chocolate fudge sauce, for garnish
    prepared whipped topping, for garnish
    colored sprinkles, for garnish

    Spread ice cream evenly on 15-1/2" X 10-1/2" X 1" baking pan lined with waxed paper; sprinkle with 1-1/4 cups graham snacks. Freeze until firm, about 40 mins. Spread sherbet over graham snack layer. Freeze until firm, about 2-3 hrs.

    Beginning at short end, roll up frozen layers, removing waxed paper; place on serving dish. Cover; freeze at least 1 hr.

    To serve, garnish with chocolate fudge sauce, whipped topping, sprinkles & remaining graham snacks. Slice; serve immediately.
