    List of Ingredients




    Meatballs:
    1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    1 egg
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Gravy:
    1 tbsp butter, melted
    1 tbsp flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup water
    2 tsp beef bouillon

    8 oz cream cheese, room temp

    Recipe



    Combine ingredients for meatballs and roll into balls. Cook meatballs in a skillet just until browned on all sides. In a large bowl, mix butter and flour. Add soup, water and bouillon, stirring until combined. Using slotted spoon, transfer meatballs to crockpot. Pour soup mixture over meatballs. Cook on low 4 to 6 hours. Remove meatballs to serving dish. Add add cream cheese to gravy, stirring until smooth. Pour gravy over meatballs. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or egg noodles.
