    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
    1 cup milk (soak bread in milk))I put bread through food processor first.
    2 eggs slightly beaten
    1/4 cup ground onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    Combine.Will be very moist,but that's the way it should be.Put in loaf pan and cover with following topping.

    SAUCE
    3 tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/4 tsp.nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    Bake 350 for 70 minutes.

    Don't let sage and nutmeg scare you off.It adds just enough flavour for a real nice taste
