    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 T. A-1 Steak Sauce
    3/4 c. shredded carrot
    3/4 c. diced onion
    3/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    1 t. ground pepper
    3/4 t. celery salt
    3/4 t. dry mustard
    1/4 t. garlic powder
    1 1/4 c. quick-cooking oats
    2 1/2 t. prepared horseradish
    2 jumbo eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 T. clover honey
    mashed potatoes
    brown gravy

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375 F. Coat a 9x5" loaf pan with vegetable oil.

    In large bowl, mix ground beef, ketchup, steak sauce, carrot, onion, parsley, pepper, celery salt, mustard, garlic powder, oats, horseradish and eggs together just until combined. Pat the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Using the tines of a fork, criss-cross the top of the loaf decoratively. Bake in preheated oven 45 min., or until browned and firm to the touch. Remove meat loaf from the oven.

    In small bowl, stir together the tomato sauce and honey. Cover the meat loaf with the tomato mixture. Return the meat loaf to the oven and bake for 15 min.

    Let the meat loaf cool for 20 min before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes and brown gravy.

    Makes 6 servings.
