    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs ground beef
    1 beaten egg
    1 can (8oz) tomato sauce, divided
    1/2 c dry Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1/2 c chopped green pepper
    1 tsp oregano, divided
    1 tsp Lawry salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 lbs ground beef
    1/2 c shredded mozzerella cheese
    2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, divided

    Recipe



    In food processor, chop the onion and green pepper together until very fine texture. Then in large bowl, combine the egg, half tomato sauce/oregano/Parm cheese, bread crumbs and the onion/gr pepper. Add beef and mozz cheese and mix well.

    Pat into 9 x 9 or 8 x 8 pan (spray with Pam first). Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 400º for an hour. 10 mins before done, remove foil, and pour remaining tomato sauce over meatloaf. Sprinkle with remaining oregano and parm cheese. You may also want to sprinkle a little add'l mozz cheese too. Continue to bake for the last 10 mins.
