    Here it is scaled down for a 2 lb meatloaf:
    1 lb each of ground beef and ground chuck
    1 cup chopped green peppers
    1/2 cup minced onion (i used Vidalia)
    1/2 cupo bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
    1/2 can of Cream of Chicken soup
    1 packet of Lipton's dry onion soup mix

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and cook in a loaf pan at 350 degrees for about 75 minutes or until done.
    This recipe calls for no tomatoes of any kind and i have always used ketchup or tomato sauce in my meatloafs. But this is very tasty. I do, however, cook my meatloafs on a wire rack as I dont like a lot of grease and hb meat tends to make a lot of it, but the cook there said the addition of hb meat gives it a better flavor than just using ground chuck by itself.
