There are a couple of sauces noted in recipe but DD used the mushroom soup and that's what we would use again
List of Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
3 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1 large onion, chopped
add some chopped celery & green pepper, to taste
4 slices of Swiss cheese
4 slices cooked ham
4 slices cooked turkey breast
Recipe
Mix the top 8 ingredients together. Spread meatloaf flat on a piece of wax paper or saran wrap. Place 2 pieces of the ham, 2 pieces of the turkey & 2 slices of the swiss cheese on top of the meatloaf. Repeat with remaining ham, turkey & cheese. Take the end of the wax paper and start rolling the meatloaf ( removing the paper as you go) just like a jelly roll. Smooth all the seams together so the insides are covered completely & secure. Place in a loaf pan. Pour you favourite spaghetti sauce, gravy sauce, tomatoe soup or my favourite is Cream of Mushroom Soup over the top of the meatloaf. Bake at 350F for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or till the juice runs clear
