List of Ingredients
8 oz. sour cream
2-1/4 cups soft bread crumbs
2 stalks chopped celery
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
1 dash pepper
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
In large bowl combine the eggs, 1/2 cup of the sour cream, the bread
crumbs, celery, onion, salt and pepper and mix well. Blend in ground
beef. Cover and cook on low heat 8-9 hours. Serve with Sour Cream
Mushroom Sauce.
