    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. ground beef, pork or a combination
    3 eggs
    1 small chopped onion
    Small can Ortega salsa sauce
    Crushed saltine crackers, enough to hold a firm shape

    Recipe



    Mix together well. Place in pan in a loaf shape. Bake at 350 for 1-
    1/2 hours
