    I did, however, add extra bread crumbs, but you can see what you think when you mix it up.




    List of Ingredients




    1 can Campbells Southwestern Pepper Jack Soup
    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    1 egg,beaten
    chopped onion to taste
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Mix half can of soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

    Shape into a loaf and bake for 45 minutes.
