    List of Ingredients




    ½ lb (I use 1 lb) chorizo sausage or ground beef (I have always used GB)
    1 (15 oz) can spicy chili beans, undrained
    1 tsp cumin
    4 (10”) flour tortillas
    10 oz (2 ½ cups) shredded taco flavored cheese blend (I have used plain cheddar)
    1 cup mild taco sauce
    ¾ cup sour cream.

    Spray 15X10” baking sheet with nonstick spray. In large skillet, cook meat till well browned. Drain
    Add chili beans and cumin, mix well.
    Place tortillas, overlapping down one side of the pan. Spoon meat mixture down the center of the
    Tortillas. Sprinkle with 1 ½ cups of cheese. Roll tortillas over meat mixture to create 1 large burrito,
    Seam side down. Spoon taco sauce over burrito. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese.
    Bake 375 for 15 to 20 minutes, or till heated thoroughly. Transfer to large serving platter.
    Cut into slices and serve. I like to put lettuce and diced tomatoes at either end. It looks so pretty.
    I put a few tomatoes on one side and opposite some lettuce, then the same on the other end.
    I serve the sour cream, more salsa, and diced onions in small bowls. Also serve the Mexican rice
    And refried beans in separate bowls. I bought a special long platter just for this. It is a very impressive
    Looking dish to serve to company. Serves four…six if they don’t eat too much! It sounds involved, but actually isn’t too bad to do…DH does help me roll it. Wish I could help you do it the first time! I do the meat ahead of time and refrigerate it, then just heat the meat in the microwave, put it together at the last minute.
