    List of Ingredients

Posted by: kattar_WA_F_40 I use both, but when I run out of Shake & Bake, I mix seasoned bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic salt (sometimes I use seasoning salt), paprika, parsley, onion powder. The mix always changes, because I don't use a recipe. It still tastes good, though!

I use crushed saltines, they come out like bread crumbs.
I dip the pork or chicken into flour, then an egg/milk batter.
Then I roll them in the saltines

my favorite for Chicken or pork chops is:
    equal parts of:
    fresh bread crumbs
ground up durkee french fried onion rings
    fresh grated parmesean cheese
add some garlic and onion powder,
coat the chicken or chops with it and bake to desired doneness. YUMMY!
I have to add here that I HATE onions, but LOVE this recipe

There's a couple different things that I like to bread chicken or pork chops with. One is finely crushed french onion potato chips andf the other is finely crushed Doritos. Nacho cheese and Taco flavored are two of my favorites.
I dip the meat in a milk/egg wash before coating it with the crumbs.
