    Posted by: cjintexas************** I have tried each of these and I realy like them - so do the kids. I found the recipes in several books titled "Gifts in a Jar" - one for casseroles, one for soups, one for breads etc. so the "gift tag" is really just the instructions. Hope you like them. CJ

    List of Ingredients




    2 T. dried minced onion
    2 T. chicken bouillon granules
    2 tsp. celery flakes
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 cups wide egg noodles

    Recipe



    Layer the ingredients in the order given into a wide-mouth 1-pqart canning jar. Pack each layer in place before adding the next ingredient. (May have to smash some of the noodles.)

    Gift Tag

    1 Jar Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
    2 (5 oz.) cans chicken

    Bring 10 cups of water to a boil in a large soup pot. Add the Chicken Noodle Soup Mix. Add chicken, breading it up well with a fork. Brink to a boil, lower heat and simmer uncovered for 12-15 minutes or until noodles are tender
