List of Ingredients




3 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves



Recipe



Layer the ingredients in the order given into a wide-mouth 1 quart canning jar. Pack each layer in place before adding the next ingredient.

Gift Tag:

1 jar Pumpkin Bread Mix
1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. chopped nuts, optional

Preheat the oven to 350º. In a large bowl, combine the Pumpkin Bread Mix with the pumpkin, eggs and nuts (if using). Stir until the mixture if blended. Spoon the batter into either 1 large greased loaf pan or 2 small greased loaf pans. Bake 1 large loaf for 1 hour or 2 small loaves for 45 minutes. Cool in the pan on a wire rack before removing.
