    1/2 cup pumpkin
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 cup crushed pineapple
    1-1/2 cup flour
    2/3 cup sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 brown sugar

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, combine egg, pumpkin, milk, butter and pineapple. sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together and stir into wet ingredients. Spoon batter into buttered muffin tins; fill almost to top. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Yield: 1 dozen
