    1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup sour cream (regular, reduced fat, or fat free)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 cups flour
    2 cups fresh blueberries
    2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 muffin cups with baking papers.
    In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar and beat until creamy. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla, and beat until well combined. Stir in flour and baking powder, and mix to incorporate. Gently stir in fruit.

    In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, and cinnamon.

    Divide batter among prepared muffin cups filling cups almost to the top and sprinkle with brown sugar mixture. Bake until muffins are golden brown and set, about 30 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
