    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 103/4 oz. can tomato soup
    1 cup salsa
    1/2 cup milk
    6 floured tortillas cut into 1"
    pieces
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Over medium-high heat, cook meat until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.

    Add soup salsa. milk, tortillas, & half of the cheese. Spoon into 2 qt. shallow baking pan. Cover.

    Bake at 400 for 30 min or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serves 4.
