    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. velveta cheese (or generic)
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can Rotel tomatoes (or regular for not spicy)
    1 lb. ground beef; browned & drained.

    Recipe



    Mix together until cheese is melted (I cut it in cubes to facilitate the melting).

    Serve over FRITO corn chips
