Cheesy Enchaladas

6 flour tortillas (not burrito size)
3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 Tbs chopped green onions.
Sauce:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 4 oz can mild green chiles Recipe
Fill each tortilla with 1/2 cup cheese, 1 tablespoon onion (and chicken if using.) Roll and place in 8x8 pan. Pour sauce over. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. (Double recipe in 9x13.
To make sauce:
Melt butter, stir in flour. Add, stirring, broth. When hot, stir in sour cream and chiles. Don't boil.
The sauce appears thin, but the tortillas soak it up
