    Posted by: MrsMo **********This dip is fantastic! Got this from a friend after DH and I about ate the whole bowl at a party and I tracked down who made it.


    List of Ingredients




    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2-3 cups cooked chicken breasts, chopped
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 10 oz. can extra hot rotel tomatoes and green chilies, drained
    leaves of 1 bunch cilantro
    4 green onions, chopped

    Recipe



    Blend cream cheese and shredded chedar together in bowl, add chremaininag ingredients, mix well. chill until serving. Serve with tortilla chips.

    I chop the chicken garlic cilantro and geen onion in the food processor
