    List of Ingredients




    2 medium onions, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    26-ounce can cream of chicken soup
    3 1/3 cups milk
    2 cups roasted, peeled chopped Hatch chiles
    Salt and pepper to taste
    3 whole chicken breasts, cooked, shredded
    10-15 corn tortillas, torn into quarters
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350º. Saute onions and garlic in a large saucepan till soft. Add soup, milk, chiles, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer, remove from heat and stir in chicken. In a 9x13 pan, layer tortillas, chicken sauce, then cheese. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
