    List of Ingredients




    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    8 oz. Cheddar or colby cheese
    1 small can chopped green chiles
    3 or 4 eggs, beaten

    Recipe



    Shred the cheeses. Mix in chiles and eggs. Pour into an 8" square pyrex baking pan (no need to grease). Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes until set. Good hot or at room temperature.
