    A POTATO CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients




    1 2-pound package of frozen hash brown potatoes, (diced not shredded), thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup or little more diced onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 7-oz can diced green chile
    1 8-oz carton sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except potatoes. Fold potatoes in last. Place in 9 x 13 casserole and bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

    Sprinkle a little extra cheese on the top for the last few minutes.
