    List of Ingredients




    10 (6 inch) - Flour tortillas
    1 package (8-ounces) - Fat free cream cheese, room temperature
    2 ½ ounces - Whole pecans
    1 can (21-ounces) - Comstock or Wilderness More Fruit Peach Pie Filling or Topping
    Cinnamon
    Fat Free Whipped Topping
    Confectioners sugar
    Cocoa

    Spread one side of each tortilla with cream cheese. On 5 tortillas, divide pecans and peach fruit filling, spread to edge. Sprinkle with cinnamon and top with 5 remaining tortillas. Heat medium frying pan until hot over high heat. Spray fry pan and top of tortillas with cooking spray. Place tortillas, one at a time, in hot frying pan. Cook about 1 minute or until golden brown. Spray top and turn over and cook another 1 minutes. Remove from pan and cut each in half. Place 1/2 Quesedillas on plate, top with whipped topping and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and cocoa. Makes 10 Quesedillas.
