    List of Ingredients

    2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup** (yes, really!)
    1 soup can of milk
    8 oz Velveeta Cheese, cubed
    Butter

    Recipe

    Cook macaroni, drain, and place in square glass dish. In a bowl, mix soup, milk, and Velveeta. Pour over macaroni and stir. Dot with butter.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

    **I have also used cream of chicken or cream of chicken and mushroom soup.

    This recipe is easily doubled; bake approximately 45 minutes using a 9x13 pan.



    You can use the same mushroom soup/velveeta blend with cubed boiled potatoes. My sister makes her scalloped potatos this way. Sometimes she pours them into a baking dish and bakes till just bubbly and sometimmes just serves them from the stove, either way they are delicious.
