    List of Ingredients




    6 to 8 cups peeled and sliced fruit, (*I USED FRESH PEACHES) berries, or rhubarb
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup sugar mixed with 2 Tbl. Flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon *LindaChicken used Saigon cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg (I use ground cloves, I'm allergic to nutmeg) *LindaChicken used Nutmeg

    Recipe



    Mix Peaches, sugar and spice mixture and place in a buttered 9X13 baking pan/dish.

    Dot butter all over the top.

    For the Crunch Topping:

    Lightly mix (with hands) ingredients below (it will be lumpy)

    2 beaten eggs
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 cups sugar
    1 tsp. salt


    Sprinkle this mixture over top of fruit.

    *LindaChicken sprinkle mixed cinnamon and sugar mixture over the top too.

    Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min. to 1 hour.

    This should be a golden brown with darker brown peaks.

    Serve this warm with ice cream, cool whip, or cream.
