    List of Ingredients




    in large food processor add:

    2 1/2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar

    pulse and add:

    1 cup cold butter (2 sticks), cut into small pieces

    pulse till crumbly and add:

    1/4 cup iced water

    pulse till dough holds together, IF needed add UP to 4 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon at a time

    DO NOT OVER MIX

    turn onto a floured area and knead 1 or 2 times, divide dough in half and shape into a disk and wrap in plastic wrap and chill UP to 3 days or freeze 3 months.

    for pie, chill at least 1 hour, flour area and roll out while dough is cold....

    this is so good......I like it as you use the food processor...but make sure you do use a large processor....I didn't the first time...had flour everywhere
