    List of Ingredients




    1 graham or cookie crust (9 x 9 pan)
    1 instant Pistachio Pudding Mix (4 serving size)
    1 cup milk (I use 1%)
    1 litre vanilla ice cream (softened)
    1 large tub Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Beat pudding with milk for 2 minutes. Add slightly softened ice cream and beat well. Pour onto a crust. Chill till mixture starts to firm up. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with topping such as crushed Skor Bar, shaved chocolate, cookie crumbs, etc.

    For interest, some flavouring added to the Cool Whip is nice. I used a tablespoon of Amaretto syrup.

    This dessert is also nice with various kinds of pudding mixes

    Here's a great dessert recipe that doesn't need to be served frozen, as you can remove it from the freezer well before eating.
