    Streusel Topped Creamy Pumpkin Pie

    1 Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust
    1 1/4 c. cold milk
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    2 pkgs (4 serving size) cheesecake flavor instant pudding
    1 t. pumpkin pie spice
    8 oz cool whip
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 T. brown sugar
    1 T. butter

    Recipe



    Stir milk and pumpkin in a large bowl until smooth. Add pudding mixes and spice. Beat with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in 1/2 of whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Chill 4 hours until set. Prepare streusel topping: Mix nuts, brown sugar and butter in small microwaveable bowl. Cook on high for 2 1/2 minutes until bubbly. Stir once, Cool. Sprinkle over chilled pie just before serving.
