    Posted by: CountryCook_IA************This is my family's favorite pizza dough. It makes one large pizza. No rising! Fast and ready in under half an hour!

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg, active-dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2-1/2 c. flour (no more!)
    2 T. oil
    1 t. sugar
    1 t. salt

    Recipe



    Dissolve yeast in warm water with a whisk. Add the rest of the ingredients (do not add more flour to knead with!). The dough will be kind of goo-ey. Let rest 5 minutes (I start the oven at this time). Pat out with floured hands on a greased pizza pan. Bake 425 degrees 15-20 minutes. After about 11 minutes I take it out and cut it and then put it back in the oven to deep-cook some more! Hope you enjoy this as much as we do!
