    List of Ingredients




    4 center cut pork chops
    1 medium onion
    1 lemon, thinly sliced
    4 Tablespoons brown sugar
    4 Tablespoons ketchup

    Recipe



    Place pork chops in casserole dish. Top each with the following in this order: thin slice of onion, thin slice of lemon, 1 Tbls. brown sugar, 1 Tbls. ketchup. Cover with lid or foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Uncover and continue baking 30 minutes more. Put medium sized baking potatoes in the oven at the same time so they cook together. I used to heat up a can of peas and serve applesauce for a complete meal.
