    I usually cook ham at 325° for 20 minutes per pound. The cooking bag sounds like a good idea or you could pour some of the apple juice in the bottom of the baking pan and cover tightly with foil. About 20 minutes before the ham is cooked, mix some brown sugar with the apple juice and use to spoon over the ham to glaze.

    Or just make a sauce with the apple juice,brown sugar and a bit of mustard and spoon over the ham at serving time since you don't really want the ham glazed while cooking.
